Abrupt halt when reversing in an VW ID 4 HD 1080p

Extremely frustrating and a significant issue that VW needs to address. When attempting to reverse the id.4, it abruptly comes to a halt and this has happened on at least 4 occasions.

FYI, in case anyone wonders, a Vornado 633 (Medium Size, like the 610DC) draws 41/47/66 Watts on Low/Medium/High. :)
Excellent to know. On high no big difference but it would usually be used on low. Where the savings occurs I’ve heard some kids can hear the pwm power block. Would be sad if our newborn or 2 yo was bothered.

The Vornado fans are not made in the US. They might be assembled there, but all the main components are made right here in China. As are Honeywell table top fans of the same capacity.
